Episode Overview

Kwai Chang Caine joins a speech class, coinciding with Peter's investigation into a series of crimes targeting local shopkeepers. The merchants, also students in the class, find themselves threatened by a triad gang led by Li Sung and his apprentice Clarence Choi. Li Sung's goal is to seize control of their profitable businesses, resorting to kidnapping their instructor to force compliance. United with Caine and Peter, the merchants stand up against the triad, ultimately rescuing their teacher and successfully imprisoning both Clarence and Li Sung once again.
