Rusty, Mike's rebellious brother, arrives in town and surprises Sue with an extravagant present, sparking Mike's suspicions that it might be stolen. As Sue embraces her college life, Mike feels their bond weakening and seeks ways to reconnect with her. Meanwhile, Axl splurges his first paycheck on a large TV, justifying his poor financial decision by blaming Frankie’s past spending habits.
