As Agent Ian Edgerton investigates a heroin operation operating within a prison, he finds himself implicated in a murder when the informant he was supposed to meet turns up dead. The situation spirals out of control, pushing Edgerton to the brink as he resorts to taking one of Don's team members hostage in a desperate bid to clear his name.
