Frustrated by the ongoing issues of cohabiting with Brian and Casey, and facing more setbacks with their new house's construction, Joe and Helen opt to purchase another property. They manage to alleviate one headache by selling their current new home, but just as they’re about to close the chapter on the old Hackett house, another unexpected challenge arises.
