Long-time patient Allan enters Dr. Sian Morris's office, stating that his recent weight loss is a result of the stress from relocating. However, Dr. Morris has her suspicions and believes there might be a darker reason behind his condition—crack cocaine use. She makes it clear to Allan the serious dangers associated with maintaining such a risky habit.
