A brutally beaten body is discovered, prompting detectives to work swiftly to uncover the identity of the victim and track down the murderer. As the investigation unfolds, tragedy strikes again with the death of a local teenager. To aid in their search for the killer, the detectives turn to aerial surveillance for assistance in piecing together the clues and locating the perpetrator.
