In Miami, Sgt. Mo Velazquez and Detective Freddy Ponce stumble upon an unknown body in the rear of a burned-out rental vehicle. As they dig deeper, the case takes a strange twist, revealing a scheme of kidnapping and theft tied to a group of drug dealers. The detectives are racing against time to track down all those implicated before they vanish for good.
