Episode Overview

Ephram and Amy finally come together after a long summer apart, during which Ephram was at Julliard's summer program in New York. However, Amy's joy quickly turns into anxiety when she senses Ephram's emotional distance. At the same time, Andy grapples with guilt over his choice regarding Madison's pregnancy. Meanwhile, Dr. Abbott strikes up a friendship with the town's new arrival, Jake Hartman, who is revealed to be a doctor from California planning to establish a practice in Everwood.
