S3E11 A Hell of a Christmas

Title: A Holiday to Remember Plot: Cybill's domineering mother, Virginia, arrives for the Christmas festivities, and although Cybill is happy to see her, tensions quickly escalate. Virginia dotes on Rachel, neglecting Zoey, which prompts Cybill to address the unbalanced attention.
