Rick receives an invitation to a stunning beach party at La Pelosa, where the guests eagerly dive into cooking lunch together. As he explores the breathtaking landscape, far from the towering resorts of the Costa Brava, he sets out to find an old mill, El Moli, a charming restaurant his childhood friend Mark had mentioned long ago. Along the way, Rick indulges in some of the finest seafood in the country, savoring sweet and juicy prawns from Palamos, prepared simply in a hot pan with a sprinkle of sea salt.
