After rescuing a fatigued Brick Bradley in the sewers, Michelangelo encounters his beloved comic book hero. Excited to meet him, he joins forces with Bugman to confront the sinister Electrozapper. Together, they team up to tackle the villain and protect their city from his nefarious plans.
