Simon dives into Abi’s book while she assists King Richard in selecting jewelry for his sister Issy’s upcoming 18th birthday. Eventually, Simon challenges Abi about her writing, expressing his realization that her heart belongs to Richard, not him. Abi leads Simon into her office, away from the prying eyes of Lucy, and pleads with him to stop the book, insisting she has abandoned it. Meanwhile, Princess Issy confides in her friend Bella about feeling stifled by her family and the Palace staff, declaring she’s had enough. When David denies her access to her brother, Issy’s frustration escalates. Determined to be heard, she returns her HRH title to Sir Iain, who remains unimpressed by her dramatic gesture. Issy then instructs Bella to record her upcoming speech on her camcorder, planning to finally demand the attention she deserves from her family.
