Alex is paired with a new temporary paramedic, Harri, who quickly draws Sterlo's attention while they assist Troy Davies, a young man struggling with his girlfriend's memory loss following a cliff accident. Meanwhile, Vincent clashes with his superior, Mr. Madsen, regarding the care of Lauren Wellham, a victim of a car bomb explosion, as she returns to All Saints.
