The Tick and Arthur receive an invitation to the Mad Scientist Fair, where they assist Dr. Vahtoss in testing his mind-transference machine. Chaos erupts when the duo accidentally swaps bodies. Meanwhile, Chairface Chippendale plots to seize the device for himself, leading to a frenzy of body-swapping among the attendees. As the confusion escalates, the Tick and Arthur must navigate their new identities and stop Chippendale's scheme before it's too late.
