Phineas and Ferb decide to throw their own New Year's Eve ball drop, featuring a specially designed multi-dimensional ball. Meanwhile, Candace resolves to keep her cool and not bust her brothers before the countdown ends. In the meantime, Doofenshmirtz is up to his usual schemes, employing a Resolution-Changer-inator hidden in his tie as he persists in his endless quest to conquer the Tri-State Area.
