Candace is excited to organize a memorable birthday celebration for Mom, complete with a heartfelt song. However, Phineas and Ferb keep unintentionally overshadowing her efforts with their wild inventions. As Candace struggles to keep her plans on track, Dr. Doofenshmirtz is busy working on his latest invention: a shrinking machine that will cause anything he despises to implode.
