The confrontation with Tsukiyama comes to a close, but Touka is determined to eliminate Kimi, having realized that she is aware of Nishiki and Kaneki's true identities as ghouls. At the same time, Hinami is desperate to reunite with her father after such a long separation, and her frustration leads her to act out when she finds it impossible to reach him.
