A skilled television news anchor was tragically murdered outside her residence, seemingly the result of a crime of passion committed by a deranged admirer. A police canine followed the scent of the assailant, leading through the nearby woods and back to the scene of the crime. The question lingered: could the killer be among the spectators gathered to observe the police as they carried out their investigation?
