A police officer claims that his estranged wife took her own life, despite being accused of her murder. Investigators, however, assert that it was impossible for her to have shot herself. Both the defense and prosecution offer contrasting interpretations of the crime scene evidence, leading to a tense courtroom battle. Ultimately, the jury faces the difficult task of determining whether the woman's death was a tragic suicide or a calculated murder.
