The body of a young girl is discovered, seemingly the latest victim of a serial sex offender. Investigators are particularly interested in the peculiar orange fibers that are found on clothing near her. As the months drag on, the investigation stalls, leaving the case unsolved. That is until a van surfaces, which appears to contain the same distinctive orange fibers, reigniting the hope of uncovering the truth behind this tragic crime.
