In a bold move during World War II, allied operatives strategically place fake documents on a deceased soldier, executing one of the war's most daring deceptions. This operation, known as Mincemeat, blindsides the Nazis as Allied forces launch their invasion of Sicily. Stripped of reinforcements, German soldiers are forced to navigate the challenging terrain of the island, scrambling to execute a strategic retreat back to mainland Italy for their survival.
