Anderson Vaughan Investigations finds themselves personally invested in a case when Valerie’s estranged husband, Gordon, seeks their assistance after his sister experiences severe adverse effects from a clinical trial for Multiple Sclerosis conducted by a large pharmaceutical firm. At the same time, Alice is hot on the trail of Ben, who is currently scheming to ensnare their next target, Princess Zara Al-Salim, into a fraudulent multimillion-dollar real estate deal.
