In Houston, Robert Irvine arrives to revamp the Gratifi Kitchen and Bar. Almost immediately, he discovers a kitchen in such disarray that he has to shut it down just moments after stepping inside. To make matters worse, Kevin's negative demeanor is adding strain among the staff, escalating the challenges Robert faces.
