With financial backing from their mother and stepfather, brothers Gabe and Javier have been operating the Knife and Fork Gastropub in San Antonio for two years. Despite its seemingly thriving facade, the restaurant is actually struggling. Concerned about its future, their parents enlist the help of Chef Robert Irvine. His mission is to uncover the restaurant's financial issues, tidy up the establishment, and reignite the brothers' passion for their business.
