Will Syd finally share her wedding night with Owen? Just as they are about to celebrate, their plans are interrupted when a patient arrives at the ER with a gunshot wound. Tensions escalate when the injured man's father takes control of the ER, holding everyone hostage. Meanwhile, the couple wrestles with the possibility of leaving Providence for good.
