At just six years old, James Kynoch learned that the man he called “dad” wasn’t his biological father, as his parents had divorced when he was only two. After years of seeking answers, he is determined to track down the man who last saw him as a young child. Similarly, 48-year-old Lisa Nortcliff from Scarborough is on a quest to uncover the truth about her father. At ten, she realized that the woman she thought was her older sister was actually her mother, and her father had been kept away after her mother’s pregnancy was revealed. Despite years of searching, she still hasn’t found him. Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell hope to help her succeed where she has struggled.
