Episode Overview

While at a bar, Toshiko encounters a mysterious woman named Mary, who gifts her an odd pendant. Initially fascinated, Tosh soon realizes that the pendant grants her the unsettling power to read minds, exposing her friends' deepest secrets. Distressed by this newfound burden, she understands that she must find a way to break the curse. Desperate for assistance, Tosh turns to Mary, the only one who can help her, but first, she needs to find a way to bring Mary into the Torchwood team.
