Episode Overview

As the least experienced attorney at JAG, Bud finds himself tasked with assisting Raglan, a former Special Forces operative now contracted by the Pentagon to evaluate security at military installations. Raglan's mission involves testing the defenses of a U.S. nuclear attack submarine. However, things take a drastic turn when Raglan takes control of the submarine with Bud on board. Harm is summoned to track down the sub, relying on his instincts about his old friend. The situation escalates dangerously as Raglan appears to have changed allegiances, threatening to strike a U.S. target unless he receives millions in ransom.
