Episode Overview

Kyle proposes that his firm tap into Africa's financial opportunities by launching a mutual fund, offering to lead the initiative himself. However, Lawrence expresses concerns about Kyle representing the firm due to his unconventional appearance, particularly his hair. Faced with the possibility of altering his look for the sake of his career, Kyle contemplates a haircut. This leads him to a disturbing dream where he becomes a jester, catering to his bosses' every demand, including dancing for Queen Max. He later calls a meeting to assert that his hair signifies his pride in his African roots and that he believed the firm valued merit over appearance. Ultimately, Kyle discovers that only Lawrence had reservations about his hair, which were ultimately overlooked. The mutual fund is greenlit, and Kyle is promoted. Meanwhile, Khadijah is upset as she struggles with ongoing issues.
