S7E6 Officer Chuckie

The Rugrats find themselves at Officer Dan's Pre-School Safety Town, a tiny city designed to teach safety rules. While the little ones enjoy themselves on the grass, the older kids, including Angelica, zoom around in their miniature cars. When a ball rolls into the street, Chuckie runs to retrieve it but ends up jaywalking. Officer Dan spots him and appoints Chuckie as a "Safety Officer." However, Chuckie's newfound authority begins to interfere with the Rugrats' fun, enforcing rules a bit too strictly.
