During a Career Day at a local school, House bends the rules by recounting some graphic medical anecdotes. While waiting outside the principal's office, he encounters two fifth-graders who take it upon themselves to evaluate his romantic troubles. They offer insights, helping House see how his self-centered behavior hinders his ability to express his true feelings for Cuddy.
