Title: Isolated Plot: Now without his diagnostic team, House faces the challenge of diagnosing a young woman who has survived an office building collapse. As her health declines rapidly, Cuddy urges House to recruit a new team. However, instead of following her advice, House enlists the help of the janitor to conduct a differential diagnosis, determined to solve the mystery on his own.
