Carol, a 66-year-old woman, is quickly admitted to Queen's hospital after a lighter ignites her oxygen tank, resulting in facial burns. Meanwhile, Trevor, who is visually impaired, suffers a fall down the stairs at his residence. Additionally, 71-year-old Grace arrives with a knee injury.
