Episode Overview
Feeling downcast after her father pursues custody, Stephanie's mood worsens when her mother reveals her engagement to her new boyfriend. Meanwhile, Arthur discovers a stray dog and wishes to adopt it, but their mother is against the idea. In an effort to lift her spirits, Stephanie assures Arthur that if she can feel better, it might persuade their mom to reconsider and allow them to keep the dog.
