In Hyperion Heights, Halloween is in full swing, and Victoria insists that Ivy take Lucy out for trick-or-treating. At the same time, Tilly seems to be breaking free from the curse and is determined to guide Weaver toward the truth, though Victoria has other plans to thwart her. In a flashback, Rumple and Belle are on a quest to uncover a prophecy that may secure their happily ever after.
