When delusion, obsession, and jealousy intersect, the results can be horrifying. Violent stalkers represent some of the most frightening offenders, fixating on their victims with unsettling persistence. What fuels this unyielding compulsion, and what incites violent behavior in a stalker? Delving into neuropsychology, the episode examines the cases of four infamous stalkers to shed light on the science behind lethal obsession. Robert Bardo, who murdered actress Rebecca Schaeffer, shares his perspective from prison, offering Dr. Stone a firsthand narrative of his crime.
