Episode Overview
The Chief successfully persuades the local sheriff to release Zack and Ivy. They reunite with Carmen and set off to track down Maelstrom. However, Maelstrom starts stealing various items and cunningly frames Carmen for the crimes! His goal is to tarnish her image as a thief who upholds a moral code.
