Episode Overview

Following the hint from Phil at the Eternal Tower in Lijiang, the teams made their way back to Kunming, aware that a Double U-Turn was looming. While waiting for their train, Flight Time and Big Easy engaged in a spirited basketball match. The teams then received directions from the Dounan Flower Market to the Golden Horse and Jade Cock arches, where they faced a Detour: they could either "Honor the Past" by arranging dolls from memory to replicate a traditional Tibetan dance or "Embrace the Future" by constructing a solar water heater. After the Double U-Turn led them to the Stone Forest, the Roadblock involved safely assembling a model of a dilophosaurus to reveal the location of the Pit Stop at Green Lake Park.
