J.J. introduces Walter, a fellow student from his art class, to the family, and sparks fly between him and Willona. Although Walter is deaf, he and Willona quickly form a connection that deepens into a romantic relationship. Willona, feeling hopeful about their future together, envisions a wedding on the horizon.
