Jason Chambers and Bill Duff venture to South Korea, the home of the incredibly dynamic and rigorous martial art of Taekwondo. Their journey takes them to historic fortresses, where they break marble slabs and master a breathtaking array of jumping, flying, and spinning kicks. Acting as bodyguards for a VIP in danger of an attack, they tap into the fighting spirit of legendary Korean warriors. This all builds up to their greatest test yet: an exhilarating showdown against a former World Champion in a full-scale Taekwondo match.
