Six weeks after Pride's unsanctioned takedown of the corrupt Mayor Hamilton, he is still on probation, with Supervisory Special Agent Paula Boyd keeping a watchful eye on his team. Meanwhile, when the FBI steps in to take charge of a case concerning a stolen big rig carrying nuclear waste, Pride's team is forced to conduct their own covert investigation from the sidelines.
