When Pete and Tony stumble upon a vintage Malibu surfboard, Pete encounters its former owner, the spirit of Moondoggy. This ghostly surfer has always dreamed of conquering Big Blue, the legendary tidal wave that appears only once every three decades. With Pete’s help, Moondoggy finally sees the possibility of achieving his long-held dream.
