S2E12 A Mother's Love
“Rollings Reliable” is hosting an essay contest to celebrate the town's mothers. Sara chooses to write about Aunt Hetty, but Sally Potts and Felicity mock her, insisting that only a “real” mother qualifies for the contest. Discovering that Sally and Felicity were born on the same day and delivered by the same doctor, a playful Sara teases them by suggesting they were switched at birth. Both girls and their mothers fret over the idea, eventually realizing that being a mother is defined by who raises a child, not just by giving birth. Felicity submits Sara’s discarded essay, leading to Hetty’s victory.
