Ray and Fraser join forces with Anita Cortez to safeguard their nation's diplomats during a NAFTA convention. However, a string of unfortunate events results in Fraser being stuck with the task of handling envelopes. As tensions rise between him and Cortez, they ultimately realize that they must put aside their differences to collaborate effectively and ensure everyone's safety.
