Episode Overview

A trawler sinks near North Yorkshire, claiming the lives of five individuals. An investigation reveals that the vessel was in poor condition. Kavanagh joins the prosecution against the boat's owner, who is also the father of one of the deceased, facing five counts of manslaughter. Kavanagh must challenge the defense's claim that a Royal Navy submarine surfaced close to the trawler and caused it to overturn.
