Despite not handling a personal injury case in two decades, Kavanagh is appointed to lead a lawsuit against a Thames River Recycling Centre, where an employee suffered severe spinal and brain injuries after being hit by a swinging container. At the same time, Kavanagh's son continually pressures him with his scheme to purchase a car.
