Aunt Trixie decides to put a dog collar on Muffin to curb her thumb-sucking habit, much to Muffin's displeasure. Meanwhile, Bluey and Bingo feel annoyed that their cousin can’t join in on their fun because of her limited mobility. The sisters brainstorm creative games that Muffin can participate in, despite her "cone of shame."
