Cord McKenzie, a right-wing extremist, takes it upon himself to deliver his own form of 'justice' to individuals acquitted on technicalities or those released early from prison. Believing he is aiding law enforcement, he embarks on a vigilante mission. However, McGarrett has serious reservations about McKenzie's methods and motives, suspecting that his actions could lead to more harm than good. As tensions rise, McGarrett must confront McKenzie to prevent further chaos and ensure true justice prevails.
