Dr. Paul Farrar, a university professor, is employing hypnosis to turn students into killers. In an attempt to catch him, McGarrett enlists the help of a policewoman as bait. However, the operation takes a dangerous turn, jeopardizing her safety and putting her life at risk as they try to stop Farrar’s sinister scheme.
