After being released from jail, Tickle looks to Tim for entertainment, but he has his own plans in mind. Meanwhile, Mark and Digger stumble upon something intriguing at Popcorn's childhood residence. Later, during a late-night bootlegging operation, Mark Rogers realizes that having the law on his side doesn't change the fact that he's still living the life of an outlaw.
